A crisis does not necessarily have to lead into an illness, but can rather be an opportunity for personal growth.

Dr. phil. Patrizia Rizzo

Approach

The focus of my actions is a goal-oriented human centered approach, built on 20 years experience of finding practical solutions that can make a real difference to the quality of people’s lives. Noted for being able to quickly connect, I help individuals by creating a deeper level of self-awareness, followed by coaching and strengthening capabilities to better cope with specific situations. Working closely together, we address conscious and unconscious barriers, improve resilience and rediscover the motivation for renewed personal or professional growth. I work with companies from a wide range of industries (financial and insurance service providers, consulting companies, pharmaceuticals, construction, chemicals, IT). With professionalism, authenticity, empathy and commitment, I create client-tailored solutions for individuals and organizations.

Mission

One in three Europeans suffers from a clinically relevant psychological impairment in the course of a year. In Europe, only 10% of those affected receive appropriate support. Although many times more complex than any other human organ, the brain and its functions still receive too little attention. Mental health problems are a taboo, especially in the world of work. I am committed to meeting people who struggle with acute or chronic mental health problems and help them lead successful, meaningful lives and careers.
